Coastal Property Investments

We spent a fabulous day by our pool on Labor Day with many good "island" friends and family.

Our garden was so beautiful this morning I thought it was worth sharing.

Back to work today and busy preparing our condominiums in downtown Savannah.

Our first condo owners are preparing to move into their unit and we will soon have another carriage house prepared for viewing.

We closed on the first unit at Jones at Whitaker!

A couple from Florida bought the one-bedroom carriage house for their son who will be attending Savannah College of Art and Design.

We are very happy to have them.
